Rustic Ravines was recently recognized as an Airbnb Superhost for the 24th consecutive time. The award considers Airbnb Superhosts as the top-rated, most experienced hosts on Airbnb.

The online marketplace for home, condo and resort rentals presents the awards every three months. The award considers Airbnb Superhosts as the top-rated, most experienced hosts on Airbnb, committed to “providing customers with outstanding hospitality.”

The Superhost criteria is based on a 4.8 or higher overall rating based on Airbnb reviews; a minimum of 10 or more stays; a 1% cancellation rate; and 90% response rate to new potential customers within 24 hours.

“This is a major achievement that we are all every proud of,” Rustic Ravines co-owner Joe Boffo said of the Superhost status.
